Custom Training Plans
If you are looking to improve in your multisport experience, getting a custom training plan is a must! Paul has coached athlete at all levels, and can help you achieve your personal goals. He can cater to your busy schedule and work with what time you have available!
After signing up, you will be contacted by Paul to set up a consultation and from there he can design a custom training plan based on your experience, level of fitness, time constraints and any other factors you may have.
You will gradually build up to the race(s) you want to be ready for!
Custom Training Plans include:
- Completely custom workouts designed to your strengths and weaknesses
- Unlimited communication with your coach
About Outstrip Endurance
Outstrip Endurance is shared by two individuals, Paul Duncan and Danny Kam who share their Passion for endurance sports. Outstrip Endurance provides online coaching and consulting. It’s about building a community with other athletes in your area that want to train and race in triathlon, running and other endurance sports.
